Help!!!! Plateau...

Hi everyone,

I'm almost finish with my second week, and I didn't loose any weight this week, compare to my 1st which is 6 lbs. Is this normal? Isn't it early to hit a plateau? What should I do:
I'm even increasing my walks, and nothing is happening? Did anyone experience plateau in just there second week?
Any insights....

    Hang in there Grace, yes it is normal to loose alot in the first week and then it slows down, don't worry about the plateu, if you are doing Cohen 100% I can garantee that you are loosing fat, it is normal for us females to fluctuate sometimes quite significantly on a day to day basis, I know it is hard but hold back on the weighing it will only unsettle you and have faith in the program and those of us that are becoming old pros at this - you are loosing fat
