  1. Day 14

Two weeks on 1PD today. It is really easy - - due to planning ahead and always making sure I have the proper foods available.

Went camping for 6 days last week. I was really worried about it; but it turned out great. My husband lost 10 pounds and he isn't even dieting. It's just his choices were limited due to what I packed in the cooler and he ate much of the same foods that I did.

Happy to say that I have lost 14 pounds in 14 days. Would be so awesome if that ...

I am always looking for different ways to prepare food and when I was at trader's joe's I saw curried chicken and it was marinated waiting to be cooked. I cooked it and it was the best!

  5. Done!

I am happy to say that I made it. I am officially off re-feed. It's a bit scary not having the security of following a precise diet, but I'm finding that maintenance isn't as hard as I thought it would be. Moderation seems to be the key as well as staying away from the foods that put on the weight. And for me, those are breads and potatoes. I can ...
