  1. Need to get my groove back and discipline

    I have checked the last time I updated my ticker and this was last Jan 16 and although I regret that I am almost over with my 12 weeks and I only have 17lbs more to go..I fell off the wagon.
    I just wish I can turn back time and get too discipline and maybe at this time I am only for my last 5 lbs but that is not the case, I have 20 lbs to loose now and it hurts to work a little harder but I have to be accountable for my actions.

  3. My first day of a new ME !

    Tonight is the last night before I start my new journey. We used the weekend to stock up on food that I will be eating.
    The only problem experienced, was to find lowfat/fat free cheese.

    Does anyone knows if white cheddar is low fat ?

    Luckely here in South Africa, we are are still in the fruit season, and there is a wide variety to choose from, and specialy the mango's that is coming into season know.

  4. Week 1 DOWN =)

    Well a week is down, they say the first 3-4 days are the toughest, but I think it wasn't too bad, I expected it to be way harder. I like the food choices, its not all lettuce and raw veg sticks =), so far, I can do this!
    My hubby asked how I was doing and I was like "really fine, I don't feel deprived at all". Think its because we not starving ourselves. The first 2 days were challenging but definitely not horrible

  5. At the start line and loving it!

    I unofficially started on Jan 1 by cutting out desserts. Lost 5 lbs. Officially started on Jan 9 and I've lost another 7 lbs. I know I'm not supposed to weigh myself every day but it's such a great motivator right now to keep my on track.
