Does anyone have the option of having chicken twice a day? If you do or don't, does anyone know why you would not be able to have it twice a day?
Thanks!

Yes I can have chicken twice a day, I've never read anywhere that you have to limit it to once a day, but maybe check with the consultants just to make sure.

I only have the option of chicken in one meal per day! I have NO idea why....but there must be a good reason and I'm not willing to mess with it.... :)

I have chicken on my lunch and dinner menu and i was never told that I couldn't have chicken twice a day. I hope I can since I have been having chicken twice a day for a few days. I will ask.

It is true that every plan is different. I have one chicken option for my Meal 2 and TWO chickent options for my Meal 3 so I could have chicken twice a day if I want. I have a fish option in every meal and 2 fish options in Meal 3. My mother has more Meat options than I do. It's very interesting to compare our program's differences.

Wow, 2 chicken options. I want to know what has to change in my body to get that? :) I have my lunch and dinner choices, but they are almost identical (give or take 5 grams). I don't even look at my breakfast options, because I couldn't stomach veggies in the morning so Yogurt it is. (but I love making the yogurt into smoothies). yum!!

Hi Michelle...
I, too, didn't think I could stomach veggies for breakfast and then I came upon the Zucchini hashbrowns (I call them pancakes) recipe here in the forum! I LOVE THEM and had them pretty much 95% of my breakfasts while on plan!!! Give them a try.... Also, I found that asparagus and sliced tomato is tolerable for breakfast.
And, like you, I was only allowed chicken once per day!
Hang in there and stick to plan....mix things up and don't be afraid to experiment with the foods. Some of my favorite meals were experiments first!
