4 week blood test

Hello All,
I have to have my 4 week blood test and was wondering do
they often change up your diet plan or is it just to check that everything is ok?

They're just checking to make sure you're staying on plan and that it's working ok for you. I haven't seen anyone's diet get changed while I've been participating....
And I don't think this blood test will be a fasting test for you....that makes it much easier.
Yesterday I had to have blood work done and because my primary care physician wanted to check my lipids, cholesterol, etc. it WAS a fasting test....yuck. But I took along Greek yogurt and cinnamon and a plastic spoon and ate when I got back to the car! Fortunately I was the first one in line when the clinic opened at 8am!!! AND...more fortunate....the "vampire" found my vein on the first try!! YEA.... There have been times in the past when it has taken NUMEROUS sticks! I hate that!!!!
So, KMac....when are you going to create an avatar for your postings??? :)

I'm happy the vampire found your vein right away, it stinks to be poked at over & over.
I feel like I ask so many questions but here goes one more... What is a avatar?

An avatar is the little picture that resides next to your name at the top of a posting. Go to Control Panels and along the left hand side you will see Edit Avatar....give it a whirl!!
