Hi everyone, I think I may have been eating the wrong cheese!!

I was at the store buying mozzerella slices when I saw a package of "reduced fat mozz. cheese". Then a sick feeling :sick:came over me that the one I've been eating all along was
"Low-moisture Part skim". Is it the same as reduced fat?

My plan says Low fat cheese, but isnt low-moisture part skim the same as "low fat?" Oh no!!!:crying:

Hey Kelli - I'm interested in the response because I saw the same thing. However, when you read the package, the "lower fat" version is the same amount of calories with only 2 grams less fat. I guess those 2 grams would help, but I've been losing just fine with part skim cheese.

Im so happy because my crackers would be lost with out it!!

Thanks for responding, too!

It's good to know that has been addressed because I have been avoiding cheese all along since I wasn't sure which to buy.... so off to the store for me! Yaay...!!
