The cajun spice is made up of

Paprika, basil, fennel, sea salt, black pepper, onion, garlic, cumin, mustard, cayenne, calcuim. It has no other info on it.

What do you all think?

Also I have been using a lovely mild madras curry which is made up of

coriander, tumeric, mustard, cayenne, cumin, celery, paprika, pepper, fenugreek, STARCH, ginger, onion, salt, garlic, bay leaves, cardamon.

Ooops does the starch mean its a no no?

Thanks guys for bringing this to my attention. I think that the cajun one must have no starch in it as it does mention starch on the other packet. Jane x

{hi} there Janeyjane

Please do not use the CAJUN spices – you are not allowed to use paprika or cayenne pepper on the diet. Onion and celery are only allowed as a vegetable – there is no weigh to weigh these as a spice.

Starch in spices is a clear NO NO – these will slow your progress down and as such, it is simply not worth eating these spices. Fenugreek is also not allowed.

Rather find plain herbs and stick with spices that are mentioned in your New Customer Guide – after all, you want to lose this weight as quickly as you possibly can!! {wave} {wave} {wave}
