Just a little difference...Hah! Ya right, talk about a new man! You are looking awesome. Keep it up and next year no one will even recognize you (except your daughter...well maybe ;) ).

You both look great!!!! What a great example to set for your daughter...to take control of your life and to be healthy!!!!
Enjoy these special times with your daughter....before you know it she'll be grown up and off to seize the world!!!
It will happen in the blink of an eye.....:)

MrEd,
What wonderful photo's. The Sweetheart dance is such a special time for our daughters. My 20 year old daughter cherishes her memories of the time she had with her Dad at these events.
You look great!! Congratulations on your journey.
Best Wishes
Margaret

Yes....they grow up!!! Seems like yesterday when our "little girl" at age 3 was climbing into the clothes dryer to help me empty it of clothes (we have a cute picture of her in the dryer!!) and now she's a 23 year old, lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force!!!! Enjoy, savor, and ponder all these special times now!!!

Impossible Phyllis......she wraps her arms around me (for the first time in our lives) and loves me without peer pressure.....I wish we could stay here forever!!!!!!! I am sooooo sentimental that I get tears just thinking my 'little girl' will get older :)
Thanks all...... I will post my 8 week pics and progress in a few days.

Wonderful pictures! Thanks for sharing them with us.
She's a lucky girl to have such a nice daddy as you.
My husband and daughter have their own Mutual Admiration Society. She's 15 and dad is having a tough time with a certain young man calling our house a lot lately. :)
God help him on her wedding day.

Always clean the guns in front of the boy......
My Dad would always use that handgrip squeeze thing to make his grip stronger. So when the boys came to pickup one of my 3 sisters, he would crush them during the handshake LOL.

Wow Ed you look AWESOME!! I am amazed at the difference. I bet you are thrilled with your progress..
What a great photo of you and your daughter. She looks so proud to be with her dad.. It is precious. I miss my kids being that age. Teenage boys are very fun but not very cuddly. :) As a matter of fact I have been to the doctor for sports related injuries with both of them twice in the last three days and am going again tomorrow for my 13 yr old to get a cast.. Sigh. They look like men, both are over 6'2" but they are still my little boys.. Where does the time go?!
Congratulations!!

Ed, I'll pass your tips (gun cleaning, crushing grip) to my husband.
We will be meeting this young man on Friday. He's coming over for dinner.
He's in ROTC, so I'm hoping that means we can expect good things.
Suzanne
PS - the only gun we have a is a paintball gun ~ wonder if someone can lend us a shotgun. LOL

Ed, Great pictures. Your little girl is lovely. I have 2 of my own who are 6. You look fantastic! I guess you have had your 8 week weigh in. I did mine on Sat and then treated myself and the family to a wonderful beach holiday. I stayed on plan all the way through.
I am yet to do my blood test though.
