Does anyone know if Leeks are allowed on this diet. I will check in with my consultant as well.

It is not listed on my plan, so I would say no.

however....leeks are in the onion family. But then we're only allowed 20g of onion per day....

Oh how the immature little boy inside me wants to answer this question. I'll refrain and point my sense o humor on the next post :)

On the serious side, I dont see it on my plan either. Ask the consultant my dear, and let us know.

My consultant said that Leeks will be introduced during refeeding. Thanks all for yes assistance. ED what can I say?
