7 1/2 months! 170 pounds!

I started 7/11/2008 weighing in at 380 lbs
I am 4 days from completion at 210 lbs
It works if you follow to the letter!
If I can do it anyone can. Thanks to all who's posts I read early on I never said anything but it was a great help to know I wasn't alone. And thanks to Kim who came through before eme and showed me that it was possible.

Amazing, you look great. Hopefully you feel much better and your health is better too! Keep up with the plan and follow the rules for afterlife to the line. You have worked way to hard for a long time to get to this great place in your life.

The silent majority, the ones who read and do not post, can find a lot of support here even without the interaction. To each his own, and however it works best for you.

Would like to hear the one time long story of why you started, how it went for you, and if you have had any major changes. Best wishes, post the refeed for us. It seems to be the best help for planning the afterlife.

Congrats to you!

Now start living the life that has waited for you all these years!!!!! Don't allow food to be the only celebratory way to mark your achievement. Go hiking, rock climbing, or just read a great book!

Prove to yourself that this was more than just dropping clothes sizes. You have added very important years to your life. Remember to take care of your inner body both spiritually and emotionally!

Have fun!!!!

Spinfree! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! You look great, and I'm sure you feel so much healthier and alive now. Feel free to post some of your observations about the changes in how you felt after losing the weight. That I find is so inspirational to others struggling with their weight loss journey.

Good job!

I think the younger you are in age the more human growth hormone you have in your body and the better the plan's foods enhance the hormone to optimize it in your body. Therefore, the younger you are the easier the weight will come off. That's just a theory I have... don't know if it's totally true, but observation is showing me that.

You do look fabulous and what a job well done! As one of my friends said to me, "You just GOT to be tickled pink that you are finally thinner and loving it!"
