Hi, I was wondering what type and brand of vitamin people are taking twice a day. i got the "centrum one-a-day" and it gives me terrible headaches and with all that iron, clogs me up...sorry for the details. dont know how else to say it

I use Woman's One-a-Day. It fits all the requirements, and I do not have any side effects from them. My CVS usually runs them buy-one-get-one-free, or something close to this, so that is when I buy them when I am running low.

I use Rite Aid's store-brand, Women's One Daily vitamin. No side-effects and it has the right amount of B-6 (2mg), so I can take it twice a day.

I use a Rite Aide brand too that is comp with Centrum and has 2mg of B6 so I can take it twice a day. Haven't noticed any side effects, but do have headaches occasionally if I don't eat on time.

yes, I have used generic itamins too. No side effects, just read the labels.
