posting pictures

can someone tell me how to post pictures on the forum? also, how do i get a playful square by my name?

Click on "Ticker Help" by Mrs. Peel at the top of the main page of the Forum (there is a green circle with an arrow in it beside the link). I posted step by step directions for uploading pictures.
The "square" by your name is called an avatar and you can find that in your Control Panel...edit avatar.
