I just have one question about cheese.
Am i eating incorrectly:thinking:? My meal plan 2 says 70 grams cheese low fat (not feta) which I've been enjoying for lunch
1xday, I put each slice on the scale until it reads 70. Then i take 7 Kame rice crackers (someone said 3.5=1) and melt it with tomato slice, too. Am I OK with this? It's actually very filling!
Please tell me...:wacky:

Kelli - if you are only eating cheese at one meal a day, and you are following the guidelines, I don't see how you are eating too much.
I had to cut back to cheese only 3x a week. My weight loss plateaued for a few days when I was eating cheese everyday.

Yep that is how you eat cheese, but are you eating more than 35g of tomato? You have another veggie too to get you to your allotment right?

In the Costumer Guide, says that Feta is allowed only once a week. I love Feta, but I haven't been near to it because I'm afraid I won't give it up!
As AZ said, you need to make sure your veggie allotment is there and not all through the tomato.
What are kame rice crackers? Anything like a saltine?

Kame rice crackers are little crackers with a great loud crunch, salty, and smell like popcorn! they're delicious!
i only eat 1/2 tomato and never go over my allowance with anything! my clothes are totally fitting differently now, and I'm so excited to see what 4 weeks will reveal. just 1 week to go!
try the cheese and crackers, very filling and yummy!
