Hello,

I have been asked to share my journey with the re-feeding program. So, here it goes.

I am on day 8 of the re-feeding program (Day 15 in the instructions). Today I get to mix my proteins.

When I first started the re-feeding I confused "good" fruit with "old" fruit so I missed out on bringing "good" fruit into the plan. I am hoping someone out there will let me know when I can add good fruit because from now on the plan only calls for adding "bad" fruit.

Yesterday looked like this...
breakfast-cucumber (cold on side), fried egg, toast

morning snack-apple

lunch chicken stir fry with zuchinni, onion and mushroom and a piece of toast.

afternoon snack--a bowl of strawberries

dinner--chicken fajita salad with romaine, cabbage, onion, bell pepper, cilantro and salsa and an orange.

It was a lot of food!! I was down 1/2 pound today. Totally not used to eating that much. I did not eat my old 3 pieces of fruit plus the additional fruit on the plan. I had a total of 3 pieces instead of 5.

I'll let you all know what it is like to mix proteins tomorrow. I think I am going to have a chicken fajita salad for lunch with cheese on it. :drool:

Hey New Me!

Sounds like a whole lotta food, after eating such small portions it must be hard to stretch your tummy again. Do you find that it is too much food, or do you think you could get used to the increased quantities?

Mmmmmmm, strawberries ..... how was the chicken fajita?
