[Eager to Lose]

Well here goes nothing.... I HATE these pictures but it really does help to see how far you have come. I will get some after pictures really soon. The picture in the Black sweater is Christmas 2008 about 5 days into the diet, white tank top New Years 2008 about 12 days into 1PD, and the photo with the Christmas tree behind me was Thanksgiving 2008.

I love that you posted pictures. I feel the same way about them. I am sure I will eventually post some when I have lost a little more, then I will post before and in progress photos. It hit me hard that I needed to do something when I saw the photos from our trip to France last year. I was shocked at how big I had gotten and was in denial up to that point. It was a huge reality check and now I am on the road to recovery. :)

You are beautiful in those pictures. You can see the difference in your face. That is so good that you posted pictures at the beginning. I never did, but got family pictures the day before I started the diet. It is amazing the difference. But what is even better, is that when people ask, "Have you lost weight?" or "HOw much have you lost?" I want to scream from inside 85 lbs. That is the best feeling ever.
You girls (guys, too) can do it, those of you who are just starting out. Stick with it, it is worth every piece of chicken/steak/veggies you will eat on this plan.

Ok so here is another picture.. I am now down 69.6 pounds!!! I love it. This diet (new way of eating) Is so easy now. I still have never cheated and feel so good!!! I never thought in a MILLION years I would be able to lose some serious weight!!

Thank you all for the awesome compliments!!!
I will say all of my friends and family couldn't be happier for me!! A few people say I look like a totally different person. Some people I haven't seen in awhile can't believe what a change this had made in my appearance. I can't wait to reach my goal.
