I FOUND A FEW DELICIOUS IDEAS FOR APPLES, BUT I WAS JUST WONDERING IF STEVIA EXTRACT IS ALLOWED?:thinking:

I used it occassionally. I use the powder mostly. I would think so but check with your consultant.

Thank you, i havent heard yet from my consultant? I started on 1/30. How did you get your ticker tracker to show? I registered, too.

It has been so long since I have done it:party1: I remember I went under the thread with the gold bullet that is labeled getting your ticker. it is on the main forum page.
