Hi Sasha & Everyone -

I know they added the Re-Feed Section in the last 12 weeks... can they add a maintenance section?

We have many people that have reached Maintenance and I know could just stay in there Re-Feed threads, but it be nice and I think inspirational to see "life after" and success from the people that have made it all the way through.

I was not sure where to ask... but thought I do it in here.

Just a thought.

Can I just add that the greatest thing about this diet is that if you follow it, it really works...every bit of it, the diet, the refeed, and maintenance. I was so scared at first, but I'm three months out and still doing great. I love that you have an immediate solution if you feel weight coming on. I still weigh myself every morning first thing. that sets my day. If I am up, I am careful, or go no, or very little carb, and get back right away. I was at 122 this am so I did diet no carb all day. I will let you know tomorrow what my weight is. It really works. If the incentive of not wanting to go full diet again doesn't scare you into staying within a pound or two, I don't know what will!
Keep it up! It works1

No, you won't ever be fat again. Yeah!!!

I am playing a game that I don't like though. I need you guys to slap me around some...I don't want to play this every other day up and down with a pound. It is making me crazy. Ifeel so yucky when I am up, not just physically, but emotionally. I guess playing with those 2 pounds is better than waiting till it hits 20 eh? Still, it feels wrong, and I know better...

I was wondering if anyone else out there eats more when it is cold?

Yeah, i know what your talking about Mei Mei, I always try to lose that same lb, i feel like i'm on a roller coaster!! I just don't want it to get out of hand, if you know what i mean. I think i need to quit being so paranoid over one lb. Isn't it amazing how it totally changes your whole outlook of eating food? MIMI

I totally agree and found this post just now after I posted an inquiry at the FAQ section.

I sent several emails to see who can make this happen!!

Hopefully the maintainers will have there own sub forum soon and that would be awesome to keep a journal there.:)

We got a folder up in the refeed section, but I am working on having a COMMUNITY separate from the refeed area.

It should be it's own space for the maintainers! Hope we can get this soon...it would be great!!:)
