Hello everyone,
Friday will be the start of week three for me on the diet and I just wanted to say hello and I too am hungry but it's not too bad. The money we're saving on eating out I figure I'll be spending in clothes or something fun! I'm determined to do this and I'm really pleased to find this forum. Support on this from other hungry and decreasing women will be good. :)

Go BUCKS!!!! LesKiya- Good Luck of your journey to a "new you". I am also starting my week 3 on Friday. This fourm is a great place to get ideas on how to handle your hunger. I've been saving a fruit for those times when the hunger starts usually on my drive home work (3-5 pm). I also have started keeping a water bottle in the car to drink on the way home so i'm not so hunger when I walk in the door. Good luck!

AmyLynn - you have such a smart idea - eating your apple in the car on the way home WILL LIFT YOUR BLOOD SUGAR... that way you WON'T be hungry when getting home... SMART GIRL!!! 10 out of 10!!! :clapping:

Hello Hugentobler :angel: your name reminds me of food for some reason! Maybe because everything reminds me of food these days. Tonight I went out to eat with the family (dad's bday) for the first time since starting and only had my alloted vegetables with vinegar dressing. I really didn't feel bad about it since I was wearing and older (smaller) pair of jeans! Had my tuna with crackers when I got home with my fruit :) I am determined to stick with this and look forward to measuring again Friday (weigh in next Friday at the 4 weeks). I hope your doing well with your plan - let me know how it goes and I"ll be checking back sooner. Take Care.

SMALLER DENIM'S!!! Yaaaay!!! {cheerleader} No food beats that feeling!!!
Well done on eating healthy at the restaurant {goodjob} just remember that proteins and veggies need to go hand in hand ie: not one now and the other later.
