I saw someone that I had not seen for about 8 months and certainly since I started my program. They did not know how to approach me about my loss and say that they had noticed, so they talked to my daughter about it.

I just love it when people notice my loss and comment on how much better I look or younger I look. This is always a good motivator for me. I never miss a chance to tell someone about Cohen's and where to find it. This has changed my life so much, I am eternally grateful to Dr. Cohen and his staff for the support and care that I have been given. I have a whole new take on eating, being good to my body and to paying attention to how I am feeling.

What a great lesson to learn. Never a better time than at the start of a new year.

I have one of our custodians at school signed up for the diet....he's waiting for his blood test results....
I like it, too, when someone comments on how much better I look. The other night we had dinner with a few friends and one of the guys told my hubby that he was going to ask him who his "date" was!! Cool, huh??

I don't know how people get through without this forum??? There arent' that many writing lately it seems. I coldn't have don it without you guys. Two of my neighbors are doing it, a few friends from church, and a bunch of gys from hbby work since they have seen amazing changes in him. My friend called me the incredible shrinking woman!!! What a compliment.
