Hi there everyone,

I have been a very bad person over the xmas period and cheated.... for my troubles I gained 2kgs/4.4lbs, I have beaten it down to 0.5kgs/1.1lbs over where I was a week ago....grrr

So on that note I thought I would post some pictures to motivate me to continue on my journey as I only have 5 weeks to go and would really like to reach my goal in that time.

So here goes......

The first 2 pictures where taken at a wedding in Aug 08, I was horrified when I saw how big I was, especially in my middle and face. The second two pictures are at the end of week 6 having lost 9.3kgs/20.46lbs (in my size 12 trousers Yay)

Only 6.7kgs to go...:weights:

Hi Sasha & Mary,

Thank you for your encouraging words. It turns out that I wasn't on a plateu at all, the batteries in my scale were going flat, so it kept giving me very different readings... doh! Didn't even think about that. But I have bought a mechanical scale and replaced the battery in my digital scale and the readings are now the same Yay!

So I am now at 61.1kgs - only have 2.1 to go before I can order re-feed Woohoo! Can't wait....

Well I am almost at refeed, 3lbs to go and needed a little inspiration to keep me going as this last stretch seems to be taking an age.

So here goes:

The first 2 pics are from a wedding I attended in Aug 08 and what actually prompted me to start Dr Cohen.

The second 2 pics are me last night trying to replicate the wedding pictures (not sure it worked out so well) but the dress is a UK size 14 (USA size 12)

The last 2 pics of me last night in my first pair of skinny jeans since the early 80's a UK size 10 (USA size 8) top UK size 12 (USA size 10) Woohoo!
