Sharon's B4 and after

Today is my last day on refeed, then weigh day tomorrow completes this stage of my journey, and a new challenge begins - maintainance.
I have these in my refeed site cos I want to keep it together but afterwards thought they should be in the pictures, I look at the old picture and I can't believe it is me, I show a few more lines in my face now cos I haven't the fat to fill them out which will take a little to get use to but now being a tiny mum is soooo cool and soooo worth it, I AM SO NEVER GOING BACK.
(The blue top is the same one in the b4 and after, and people said "but you weren't really over weight" - WHAT THE !!!- are we too accepting these days at our nations and our own healths expence? - the nurse in me)

We work in a different sizing here, if you google ezibuy new zealand online it will give you an idea of our sizes and season fashion, I buy quite a bit from them, alot of stuff only goes to size 10. Our fashion seems a bit diff than yours but maybe that is a seasonal thing interested to see what you think if you look.
CohenInAZ kindly sent me yonks ago a US measurement chart which I have just scrambled through the threads to find, and yes I am a size '0'.:shocked:

Well done Sharon from your fellow Kiwi. You look great. I spent the weekend with my daughter who has lost 40kg on this diet in 6mths. She looks marvellous and says she will never return to eating the way she was. I am enjoying my journey as well and look forward to reaching my goal. Thanks for your encouraging threads.

Thankyou so much Shasha {bighug}, the hard work has been so worthwhile, with all the support from you all the burden of the journey has been lessened, I feel so great, now the real hard work - staying this way, but with this program it has given me the tools, I just have to learn to use them to work for me.
Would be great to get a knock at the door from our dear friend Pumbza - I'd be happy with a tap on my computor screen, sigh.
