Well tonight was our friends annual x mas party. There was so much yummy food everywhere!! It was so hard to be good. I managed though with my diet coke in hand. i kept thinking next year I will be here looking sooo hot!! This is my first week and low and behold I not only started the diet but also a great week for pms. Argggg!! I was wondering if any body knows if we can have pickles?? I am dying for somthing salty...:hungry:

Hi there Posh,

Hang in there it does get easier as you go along. It is best to stick to the options the diet gives you and not to deviate, I think pickles have too much sugar.

I have just noticed that you and I have exactly the same goal and amount to loose. Have a look at my progress and you will see that this plan does work and quickly!

Good luck, stick to the plan and it will be over before you know it!

Hang in there!! Just to let you know most people struggle the first couple days, I struggled constantly for about 2 weeks straight. It took about 2 months for my cravings to leave. It will get better and realize that many of us have went through the same thing. You are not doing it alone.
No pickles allowed! Sorry! The amount of salt in one of those would make you retain water for probably two weeks! :party1: Hang in there and they will go away.
Did you set some ground rules with your daughter? For almost two months there was no junk in the house at all for the boys and hubby and then I brought it back in when I could trust myself.

Hi Posh,

Glad I could help, oooh little strappy dresses and maybe even a bikini! (if I am feeling brave) I can't wait....:)

The next few weeks are going to be very challenging, with parties running up to xmas. Will just have to be strong and try not to cheat.

Have a groovy week, and Congratulations on your 2lb loss! Keep up the great work and keep posting.
