Weights for different countries

Just thought I would clarify how different countries calculate weight, as I have had to sit with my calculator and figure this out on many occasions. Here goes....

UK etc: Stone & Pounds
USA etc: Pounds
Australia, NZ, South Africa: Kilograms

14lbs = 1stone
2.2lbs = 1kgs

sometimes you can "spell out" the website address, like "1stpersonaldiet dot com"

ah ok! just do a google search for 'curezone conversions' and it should be the first hit - it's got lots of great options for conversions :)
