Pictures to motive me!

Hi, I guess I'll be brave like my sister. Attached (I hope) are my pictures from October of 2006. When I started with 1PD I was weighing 223 lbs., I am now starting week 25 and I am down to 167 lbs. I hope to have some current pictures to add to this post soon. I hope posting the pictures will give me added incentive to lose more weight. Thanks for the support! One of the pictures attached is of my sister CaronB who is also on 1PD and she has a thread with her pictures as well. She is an inspiration to me!
