Here is a HUGE {congrats} to all of us Cohenites out there who stayed on plan over one of the most food centered holidays we have(Thanksgiving{pot}) Man that was seriously tough!!! But we are going to have smokin hot new bodies while everyone else is making New Years Resolutions! So HAH!!!!
And for those of us who snuck a little treat, time to strap our selves down in the Cohen express! We've got goals to get to.!! Good work ladies(and a few gentlemen)!!!! You are all truly amazing!
