Hi everyone.
Have been enjoying reading your blogs which have been a real help taking my mind off food in the evenings, thru this, my first week. The days are easy, as I work in a busy office and dont have time to think about eating. I am enjoying the food and the recipes provided are quick and easy to prepare, and tasty. One thing I have learnt this week is just how much I used to eat for the sake of it and not from the need of food. I am so looking forward to the new me. I have tried so many diets over so many years and yo yo'ed up and down so much my poor metabolism has been going kiddy and I never quite made my goals. This time I know I will suceed. Thank you Dr Cohen. I look forward to my second week and keeping in touch.

Welcome Marilyn - great progress already. Just don't weigh too often - truly it can be distracting. The once a month weigh in is a great way to do it.

You're gonna love it.
