First 4 weeks done!!!!

Hi Everyone! It is the end of my first 4 weeks and this morning I got on the scale and I had lost 21.6 pounds!! OMG!!!:party6:
I can't believe that my scale is not broken, but I got into a pair of jeans that I haven't seen in a while and they are NOT tight! God bless Dr. Cohen!!

that is such great results!!! wait for another 4 weeks and how much smaller you will be!! Shopping at goodwill is a great thing when you run out of smaller clothes in your closet to wear!!
