Re-feeding is one of the unique features of this diet. It is made of daily eating plans that introduce additional food quantities and food variety to your daily diet. This is done in a moderated and controlled manner, training your body to cope with life after the diet.

In order to write your 're-feeding', Dr. Cohen must receive the results of your follow up blood test. This is the blood test you take while on the program.

Dr. Cohen compares the results of your last blood test report to the previous results on file and calculates your re-feeding diet.

The 're-feeding' can take between 14 to 28 days, depending you’re your blood test results.

During the re-feeding, you will weigh yourself every morning in order to control the progress of your 're-feeding'.

All the instructions regarding your 're-feeding' will be provided when you reach your target weight during your 12 weeks program.
