I never realized how heavy I had gotten until now that I look back at the pictures... I haven't reached my goal just yet, but I hope to very soon! Until then, I just wanted to share two picture from before and now... sorry I haven't mastered the full body shots but I'll get my husband too take them for me when I'm done with 1PD!
Update: As you can see I've added some new pictures....
This first one is the most current, new hair to go along with my new weight! My hair stylist couldn't believe how great I looked... (I'm still working on excepting compliments) normally I just shrug it off and say whatever... but I've worked really hard and need to appreciate those compliments I get!
You can obviously tell the before pictures.... The most recent of the before diet pictures is the one with the purple tank top! When I saw that picture I about died... that's when I knew it was time to do something!! <insert 1PD!!!> Thanks again for everyone's kind words and support! I hope that I can be as much help to you as you've been for me!
Update2.0: Okay, so it's been some time since I've given any updates, it's been just about 1 year since I finished my program and I must say I love that I can maintain a healthy diet with little to no effort! Thank You 1PD!! I have added 1 more picture for evidence of my journey! (most recent picture hot pink tank)

You look amazing and you should be so proud of yourself. You only have a few more pounds to loose. You will get there soon. Great job and keep up the great work!!

Wow! You're gorgeous! (Before & after!) What a difference, eh? We had about the same amount to lose, but my photos won't be as dramatic, as literally all my weight was in my bottom so that's what I'm going to have to post pictures of. hahahaha! Great job! That's got to be so inspiring! Keep up the great work! You're almost done! :)

Congratulations! You look great. I agree with you about not realizing how big I got without knowing/acknowledging it. Although you looked good on your before.

Hi! You are adorable in both pictures but wow you can really see a huge difference. That's incredible! It's funny what you say about the not noticing how different you looked before. I have these pictures of me and friends/family that I framed around my house. And of course I only framed the pics where I thought no one could tell how big I was(the rest mysteriously disappeared, LOL). THese are my skinny looking pictures. I look at them now and I am surprised by how chubby my face, arms, etc. looked. This diet is awesome and I am super super super blown away by your progress! You look gorgeous! Keep it up! You're almost there!

Blondie,
You are precious! It really does show on such a small frame! I guess psychologically, we can tell ourselves, 10 pounds over isn't that much, then it turns to 15, then 20 and so on. Great for you that you are almost back to you!!! Like surfer girl, I dont know if I can find a picture of me at my heaviest. But boy am I diggin how I look now! People are coming up to me amazed! My pants are falling off! Soon, I'm going shopping, and giving away the bigger sizes, never looking back. I didn't realize how much wieght I carried in my face until I look at myself now. Anyway, I digress. Great job, and you are beautiful!

{hi} there Blondie4life
WOW! :clapping3: It’s amazing to see how losing weight has brought out your beauty!
You look stunning! :bighug: Keep running towards your goal!!!
And yes, it can be way to easy to fool yourself about what a couple of pounds can or cannot do!
Now you can clearly see that you are becoming your BEST YOU! {wave}

hey blondie, u do look great! i was just wondering how old u r? it sounds silly, but u look to be a similiar age to me and size at start date and i'm hoping to use u as a comparison. i just started and am feeling deprived and disheartened, and it's only been 8 days :( but if u'v lost that much weight in about 2 mos. than maybe i can too. my start weight is 150 and supposedly i'm supposed to weigh 116, but i would be just fine with 125. any way, u give me hope that this could actually be accomplished.
thanks,
sasha

Hey Biscuitlover (cute name)!
I'm not Blondie, and I might be a bit older than you guys (32), but I wanted to chime in here a little. First of all, welcome to the diet and the forum! Secondly, you shouldn't really compare yourself to others because EVERYONE is different, although I know it's hard not to. It took me 8 weeks to reach my goal of 25.2lbs, so you can definitely be done by 12 weeks. I noticed in another post you did that you said you've only lost a couple pounds but you don't look any different. PLEASE stop weighing yourself! That is what is causing the disheartening. It's all psychological. Just trust that the diet works when you follow it correctly (make sure that you are!) and put the scale away until you have completed four weeks. You can do this! It's really not that hard. Just plan your meals ahead of time and take it one day at a time. When you're feeling down (like today), come on the forum for some help & support. It really helps a lot. I know you can do it! Look at all of these people who are losing weight! You're about to be one of us! :)

Hi Biscuitlover~
Like Lauren said, everyone is different.... I will tell you that I noticed everyone around me losing weight faster then I did, but I also had to remind myself that sometimes those people also had/have more to loose, so always keep that in mind! And yes, put that darn scale away... if you are anything like me... you will notice your weight loss in the way your clothes fit before you ever notice the numbers on the scale! Keep in there, it's only been 8 days! Oh and I'm 23.

thank u guys for responding. this is the first time i've ever really been on a diet and it's HARD! my fiance is supportive which is good. i guess i'll put the scale away:( i have lost some weight which is encouraging being that i've never lost weight before unless i was sick. so it ends up that i'm closer in age to lauren actually than to blondie, blondie and i just look kind of alike, blond.
i'm 28 years old and live in seattle.
p.s. biscuit is my chihuahua,:love8::love4: i don't actually stuff my face with biscuits although, that does sound pretty awesome right now:)

You are looking great! And I love the new hair! I'm still a ways from goal but you are inspiring me to post my pics too. The before ones are really REALLY scary! but it would be good to post them. That way we have to acknowledge the changes officially. I'm so glad you are learning to accept the compliments now, you have earned them.

I can't believe it's been 3 months since I've updated or even been in contact with anyone! Don't worry; I never forgot where I came from! I am still a 1PD at heart! Since finishing the program I've been super busy...(Holidays and vacation!) I can't say that I've been nearly on plan as I should! Fortunately, my body didn't react to bad eating choices and I have not gained a single pound! Although, I don't eat every meal to plan I have tried to stick to 2 meals a day that are 1PD inspired. I am always conscious of what I'm putting in my mouth but am not dwelling on the small indulgences :) I hope you all have been enjoying life and enjoying your bodies! After all we only get 1.... And I would like to have this one last me my entire lifetime!!
Here are a couple pictures of my husband and I on vacation to Kona (what an amazing trip)
The last one is at our company Christmas party.... I did enjoy some delicious crab cakes and a few glasses of wine!
-Glad to be back on here I missed everyone’s stories!

{hi} there Blondie
YOU LOOK S.T.U.N.N.I.N.G.!!!
Clearly your darling hubby thinks so too :love5: he’s got you and he’s not letting go!! Seems he is very proud of you and, it’s no wonder, you are so beautiful in your slim healthy body!
I am thrilled to hear that you have not gained 1 single pound during the holidays :clapping3: THAT IS THE BEST NEWS OF ALL!!! :clapping3: A BIG WELL DONE TO YOU!!!
I’m so glad that you popped in and shared more pictures, what an inspiration you are to all our Diet Buddies – they will look at your pictures and say if Blondie could do it, I can do it too!
Thank you very much for being such a great inspiration – please come back often to let us know how you are doing!
Nothing as GREAT as seeing an Old Diet Buddy who has "BEEN THERE", "DONE IT",
"GOT THE T-SHIRT" and who is still "GOING STRONG"!!!
WELL DONE!!!
