Today was such a nice day even though it rained all day!! The boys and I went to visit my mom. We talk and email all the time but I have not seen her since the 4th of July. I also did NOT tell her I was on this plan. She was totally amazed and happy that I have lost the weight. I was more nervous that she would not notice that I have lost weight. Oh, I would have felt horrible if she didn't notice. She was so excited and needed the info and I gave her the link to the site. What made me feel great is she said that it is great that I have lost the weight but she said that my face "glowed". I can't wait till Tuesday when I get to weigh again. She wanted to know how much I am down but that will have to wait. I am however measuring myself with the tape and I have lost another 3 inches since last month. I hope everyone has a great weekend.
