Finally!!

Hi. I have been on program since january and have lost 55 pounds to date. My goal is 64 pounds so I am almost there. I have been trying to get on to this forum for a long time, but my computer system was blocking it. I am very excited about being able to finally post rather than just read. It has been a great journey and I encourage anyone just starting to stick with it. I love my new me. The tough part, is going to be keeping it off. That thought is a little scary. I think I will need lots of help from any of you who are at that point.:party1:

Glad we can finally "hear" you! :) I'm so happy for you in your success so far--keep up the great work! You're almost there! I'll definitely be here for you for after the diet as well. Hi there JOAND jeez YOU are a OLD hand at weight LOSS even though YOU may be new to the SITE we are a ARMY OF DR COHEN DIET BUDDIES and the bigger the ARMY GETS the Better support we will get DURING but especially at refeed and after the DR COHEN DIET and I jsut feel like YOU will I have this HUGE ARMY of support and NO MATTER what my (THEY MEAN GOOD!)
