I was not even able to really sleep I was so excited to weigh in this morning. Drum roll please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!{slapfight} ( we had no drumming smile face so that will have to work)

I have lost 22 LBS in 4 wks. I am so excited but I know it could of been more if I did not slip a few times and if I did not make the mistakes I did not know I was making.

Because of the above my goal for the next 4 wks is 20 more lbs. I know I am staying on plan 100% and I now know the error of my ways.

I LOVE THIS DIET!!!

Whoooohoooo!!!! :party1: I woke up at 5 thinking of you and MiMi! I'm so excited for you both. You are such a funny little thing! Yeah, hip hip hooray. You are a star. Keep it up baby, you motivate, and stimulate us all.:party5:

Question: do you still think you suck at this???

Well it makes me think. What would I have done if I didnt make those mistakes. Although I am thrilled with the results. I know 20 lbs is alot to think you can lose in your second 4 wks but i think if I do everything 100% I can do it.
As grouchy as I have been. I can not stop smiling right now.

I like being called littlest Rachel.
I don't hate men . It is just irritating how quickly you all lose weight, and you don't get your time of the month, and you don't have to pop out something the size of a watermelon out of your body. Other than those things I love men.

{hi} Rachel!

22 lbs?! WOW!!! {congrats}

See you totally met your goal!!! I'm sure you'll be able to make great progress on the next 4 weeks. However, think carefully about your second goals, as weight loss does tend to slow and other than eating a 1/2 gallon of Splenda a day you pretty much stayed on plan. So you may not see the same amount of weight loss as you did during your first month. If you keep the goal the same, I'm afraid you'll be disappointed if you don't make it. I'd say drop your goal down to 12 - 16lbs (3 - 4 lbs per week) and then if you surpass that goal you'll be happy as a pig in MUD. :)

Either way you did great!

Congrats Rachel! My four week was also today and I came in at 32 lbs!!! I lowered my goal weight to where Dr. Cohen thought I should be instead of where I thought I should be so my journey is still a long one. But like you I love this diet and must admit I have had a few slips but am now also like you now 100% committed. Lets get em' in the next four!!!

Yay Rachel!!! I'm so happy for you!!!! Congratulations! Now it's good to have goals, of course, but keep in mind you may not lose as much in the next four weeks as you did the first four. I just want you to be prepared if it slows down, because the beginning is always the fastest. Make sure your expectations are realistic and don't get your hopes up too much, because that's when we set ourselves up for frustration. What you can count on is you will have a significant difference in your weight in the next month and it's just going to keep going down down down, especially because you're more committed to staying on plan 100% this time. I know you can do it and this diet is amazing! Keep up the great work!!!!!
