Today is my 3rd full day on this program and it seems that everyday since Monday around 2pm I get a terrible headache, I feel dizzy like everything is gray!
Are these feelings normal? Will they ever go away?

Mona, what's your daily eating schedule? Perhaps your glucose levels are falling (which could result in headache and dizziness). Are you eating a meal around 2:00? Are you taking advantage of your fruit allowance? If you have a later breakast (8am) and lunch at around 1pm I'm guessing you may not have the same feelings. If you can't do a late breakfast because of work, and you have a long time before lunch, or a long time between lunch and dinner you most likely need a fruit as a mid-day snack to keep you going.

I eat a hard boiled egg around 7:30 or 8am then a piece of fruit around 10:30 or 11, lunch at 12:30. Around 2:30 a piece of fruit with some crackers (2 out of my allowance of 6)...Do you think I am doing something wrong?
Thank you SPDeRosa!!

Are you having your vegetables along with your hard boiled egg? If you're doing the full Meal 1 (egg and veggies) with a fruit between breakfast & lunch and another fruit between lunch & dinner and are staying hydrated with enough water, then I'm not certain what could be going on. Maybe someone else has experienced this? Sorry I can't be of more help. ~ Shawn

This has happened to me and still does when i go to long with out eating. Like Shawn said eat your veggies and eat your cracker and fruit allowance. Have you cut back on coffee or anything? I promise it will get better.

Rachel,
Thank you for your support...I don't drink coffee or tea, it must be because I messed up my breakfeast and need to start putting more foods into my program!
I hope that helps because these headaches are a killer!!

Are you getting off or on caffeine? That might be it. I would suggest drinking even more water. Good luck, and I hope you feel better.

I had headaches the first few days. I think/know it was my body detoxing off all the horrible food and sugar that I was used to.
