Drumroll please...........
I am at the start of my 4th week. I am down 19.5 pounds and 10.5 inches. I am soooo excited I have been on cloud nine all morning!!{boing}
I have decided I am a little concerned that my left over baby belly may not get firm so I am hopefully going in for a couple of body wraps to try to firm things up a little.
Crossing my fingers that this next month is as easy as the first month with regards to loosing weight/inches.

Pam,
Awesome work!!! You must feel like a new person. I'm so proud of you. I remember a while back when you said you thought it wasn't working? Maybe that wasn't you... Obviously, you are doing wonderfully :) Yeah Pam. Go, Go, Go. I haven't heard of a body wrap, can you tell me more?

thanks everyone! I am so excited because I have not been this weight since before I got pregnant with Cayden (which is the
3rd baby). Cayden is now a little more than two.
One thing is that my hubby is so proud of me and really supportive. I think I am motivating him to take off a little weight too. I know he will NEVER do this plan (he is into his processed foods) but I am cooking better for him and the boys so hopefully that will help. Today for lunch I made the boys apples, cheese and crackers and they LOVED it. Alot cheaper than the junk I use to through together before. I have always tried to feed them healthy but I am getting even better.
I did talk to my hubby about not eating after 9 because it drives me nutty when I am watching him eat a yummy hamburger. So now he makes sure he has his meal or a snack when I am making my last meal. That means so much to me that he listened and is supporting me.
I called him with my loss this morning and I can't repeat what he said. :noway: He has such bad language at times!! But I know he was estatic and happy with how well I have done!!

Mei Mei,
I attached the website of the one that I will be going to. I know some people in the Columbus area that it really has helped with loosing inches. I guess they take pieces of cloth that are really hot (but they don't make you feel hot) and it pulls out all the toxins that is in your skin. They also pull the fabric tighter on the spots that need to be firmed (my tummy). If you decide to go ask if they have an intro offer. Mine has the first two wraps at $39 each and it takes about 1 to 1 1/2 hours to do. Hope this helps and I am explaining it right.

WOW! It’s really great to hear how supporting your hubby is!!! Please tell him that your Diet Buddies are impressed!!! :clapping3:

Your hubby and children will have so much to gain when you are slim and healthy and well again!!! {boing} It's great that they are supporting you where you need it the most!!!
