I was wondering if we can have canned white ck because it is already cooked how are we suppose to measure it? The same question would go for tuna? It says we can have tuna from a can but when I measured my ck the other day it was 120g and after it was cooked it was 100g so should I be measuring out less if it is cooked? If so how much less?:innocent4:

I think we can have tuna from a can and we measure it after draining it. Isnt that what Pumbza lives on? That is what I have been doing so I am curious now.

Hey ladies, I think I can answer your questions as they have been discussed on one of the forums previously. Yes, you can have canned tuna, because the diet program says so. You open it, drain it and then weigh out your allowance. No, you cannot have canned chicken because it is precooked and you must weigh your chicken raw. I don't recall being given any specific reasons regarding why we can have precooked canned tuna but not precooked canned chicken, so long as there are no preservatives. I just remember that was the answer. Sorry for the bad news.

That's great news! I had cottage cheese with my lunch today because I wasn't sure. It just wasn't as satisfying. I went through almost a semester eating canned tuna because the food at the dorm was so bad! I can eat tuna every day no problem!!!
Yeah.

Yes - GettinSkinny is 100% correct. Canned tuna is okay... Canned chicken is not.
