On the main Forum page, second topic from the top is "1st Personal Diet Tickers" - click on that and it will take you to the window where you can design your ticker and select a PIN for it. Once you've made your choices and saved them, you will be given the option of copying a link in HTML or BB code. Copy the BB code and then go to your Control Panel page. Select "Edit Signature" at the top left, and when the window appears, paste the BB code for your ticker into the box. Preview your signature to see that it works. From then on, when you update your ticker on the original link, the changes will automatically show up in your posts.

1. Select Quick Reply.
2. Click on the button at the bottom of the message area that says "Go Advanced".
3. Click on the paper clip.
4. Place your cursor in the "Upload File from your Computer" box. A screen will pop up in which you can navigate to the picture that you want to upload.
5. Select the picture that you want to attach (double click on it or highlight the name of the picture and then select Open).
6. The pathway of the location of your attachment will appear in the "Upload File from your Computer" box.
7. Select Upload. You'll see a picture icon and name of your picture in the screen called "Current Attachments".
(You can repeat steps 4-7 to attache more pictures if you want.)
8. When you're finished finding and uploading your pictures, scroll down in the "Manage Attachments" window (the main window where you started after clicking the paper clip attachment tool) to "Close This Window".
9. In the "Reply to Thread" box select the "Submit Reply" button...
That's it....your picture should appear as an attachment!
(NOTE: If you're picture exceeds the size limit to be uploaded...you'll receive an error message)
