Wahoo!!.. I am so excited! I couldn't wait an weighed last night, & yes, I actually weighed before going to bed instead of first thing in the morning and guess what!! I've already lost 12lbs!! It hasn't even been a week! & yes, I know the more you have to loose the faster it will come off but this still feels wonderful.
So far I have not had any issues with eating.. speaking of which, I need to go fix my last meal of the day...
I love reading everyone's posts.. its very encouraging.
Have a wonderful weekend everyone!

Go JANE well done on losing 12lbs in a WEEK its quite amazing when you start u can't believe this would be possible because when ONE usually loses weight fast PEOPLE JUMP up and down and say it can't be good for you to lose WEIGHT SO QUICKLY but its such a balanced DIET thats been cut back on calaories and especially CARBOHYDRATES!I must admit when I saw the lack of Carbohydrates I thought OH OH now this is going to be really tough but to tell u truth I REALLY do enjoy the PROTIEN and VEGTABLES and they taste just as GOOD even though I look at it as Medicine!:innocent4:Have a MARVELOUS WEEK-END and WEEK and SMILE WHILE U BURN FAT - YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Pumbza,
It is amazing to loose soo much weight in such a short amount of time. Its nice to trust that even though I am eating small amounts of food it is the proper nutrition that my body needs to continue to function properly. I do pretty well once I get sugar out of my system, so not eating tends to be more of a problem than eating for me. I was very concerned that if I lost weight too fast that I would have saggy skin but I've read a couple of threads where people commented that they didn't experience that even having lost quite a bit of weight... I can't even begin to say how excited I am at the short time frames in which people are hitting their goals... It makes attaining my goal before burn out doable.. lol..
Thanks for the note, I appreciate everyone's support and input... It sure makes a difference.
Hope your weekend is fabulous!

Good job at loosing all the weight in the first week. I am trying to resist the urge to weigh myself. I have almost made it two weeks and still trying to ignore the scale. Keep up the great work.

Hi CalamityJ I was also worried about sagging rolls but I got some good advice from Mrs Peel who recommended getting skin firming cream to rub on to your skin as well!!Ha Ha!!I know I am becoming a metro male Ha Ha!!!I have found that my rolls are slowly firming up as I lose weight so 1PD is even better than LIPOSUCTION Ha Ha!!!:innocent4:lfingers11 don't worry just lock the scale up in the cupboard or give it to someone to keep it for you till your 4 weeks are up!!Ha Ha!!Good Luck to u all SMILE WHILE U ARE BURNING FAT - U CAN DO IT!!!:innocent3:

Hey pumbza!
Ya know, I think I have a couple of tubes around here somewhere that I ordered from an infomercial once, and never stuck to using... I'll have to try to locate it and give that a try.
I love the way you've charted your progess, I'll have to give that a shot when I get further down the road.

{hi} there Jane
{congrats} on having lost another 12 pounds in your first week!! {goodjob}
Tip: Remember if you are weighing weekly, it’s normal to go through plateau’s and you’re not allowed to become discouraged when that happens because you will still be breaking down fat even in the plateau’s {cheerleader} HAPPY SLIMMING!!!

{hi} there Pumbza-Lite
There is just no way of predicting how your body will react to your diet in the next few weeks, you may have a bit of a slow down like everyone else, or you may continue to soar above the clouds…
Either way, you can know for sure that you are doing the best you can as long as you continue to follow your eating plan 100%...
So, stay strong!!! {cheerleader}
