New Personal Page

Hi,

My best friend joined the 1st personal diet in December. She got an access to a new Personal Page, where she can directly communicate with her consutant, track her weight loss, etc...
I've been on this diet since October - why don't I get an access to this personal page?

In order to improve the service to our customers, we have introduced the Personal Page, which provides new customers with a secured and private personal page on the Internet.

As of December 2007, new customers receive a link to their personal page with a User-ID and a Password to log on in a similar way that you log on to your bank website to see your bank statement.

The new personal page includes all the documents of the customer: Customer Guide, Recipe Book, and all blood test copies. It also has a place for the customer to record her / his progress, a link to order your follow up blood test and the main feature: A direct messaging system with your consultant.

The pre-December 2007 customers are still using the email system but all customers that their 12-week program ends and choose to renew their programs are converted to the new system with the personal page.

Timetable for introducing the new personal page:
Starting December 2007 – all new customers.
Starting January 2008 – all customers renewing their program

Other customers will continue to use the email system until their 12-week program ends.

Please note: The new personal page is not a new diet program! It is a more convenient way for the customers to store their data and communicate with their consultant.

I know it's still early days, but since starting with the NEW SYSTEM, we are getting soooo many happy comments regarding how fast messages are being answered, no more e-mails getting lost etc...

I just wanted to say {goodjob} the NEW SYSTEM has made the 1st Personal Diet Program so much more efficient and clients are happy! This is really wonderful!!! :clapping:

Are people who are done with the diet but still interested in conversing with consultants for "upkeep" questions able to have personal pages as well?

As you have completed your program almost 6 months ago we will not be able to provide you with a Personal Page. Only clients who renewed their 12 week program from 1 January 2008 have been converted onto the new system... As from 1 December 2008 all clients who Register for the Program started on the new system. The new system is still a 12 week program that can either be renewed or expired after the first 12 weeks.

You would therefore not have access to a Personal Page, but the good news is that even when your program has expired, you can still continue sharing or asking questions on the Forum... {boing}
