cracker question

I am wondering if you can have plain pop corn as your crackers.I read on a different thread that you can have rice cakes so wouldn't plain pop corn be the same???????

rice cakes are not CORN, carebare....soz-

corn is high in starchy carbs and sweet too.

i am sure sha-sha will explain it better.

You are sooooooooooooo right I guess I always just associated the two---- why -----I DON'T KNOW maybe because it looks like popcorn. I want you to know that I have take your suggestion about water and it is soooooooo refreshing (lemon and mint leaf)
