Hi. My name is Pam. I have come here to loose all the baby weight after having three boys in 5 years. On my plan they say I should get down to 120. I have not been that since high school which has been 15 years. I am excited to be able to take off all this weight though!!
First day was pretty good except some of my sugar cravings. It was kind of difficult to give my boys my favorite cookies yesterday. Oh, just the smell of them. But I am now on day two and so far so good!

{hi} there Pam

A very WARM WELCOME TO YOU :bighug:

So nice having you join – please tell us a bit more about yourself, where are you from?

Yes, being on diet and following it the way you should, will always mean little sacrifices… but, what are a couple of cookies compared to looking and feeling really GREAT AGAIN???

Keep up the good work cos you can certainly reach your goal IF you follow your plan 100%

Hi Pam,

Welcome to you. I have been on 1pd for 3 weeks tomorrow. For the most part I am feeling pretty darn good. The times I have trouble with hunger is at night. That's when I usually get my crackers and/or fruit. Yesterday and today I am so tired though. I did drink coffee before but now have stopped due to the "no creamer" rule. I think I'll grab a diet coke and see if that helps. I did exercise but since starting 1pd I have cut way back. You will be so proud of yourself as time goes on. I have lost a total of 10 1/2 inches in 2 1/2 weeks!! I can tell my clothes feel much better. Next week I get my first weigh in (at 4 weeks). My goal weight is 120-126... Good luck to you and keep in touch...:party1:

{hi} there Shart

Sorry to hear about your feeling tired… Please take a second multi-vitamin each day at lunchtime for 10 days and see if this helps… Remember that your Vitamin B6 levels must be below 5 mg per day or it will trigger hunger.

Try making a weaker black coffee with sweetener or, better yet, try taking your coffee, some sweetener, some cold water and crushed ice and combining it all in your blender to make a delicious iced coffee :party7: these really are very nice and they are legal!!!
