Well, I am currently living in New Orleans, Louisiana(USA). I am Cuban and it can be hard to resist the spanish cooking!
Today is Day 3 but I must say that I can already feel the change from Day 1. I am no longer with a headache and I am getting used to the smaller portions. I was one of those people that skipped breakfast and sometimes lunch just snaking in between. I am so glad now that I have a structured meal plan where I know what I have to eat and when that helps me to stay on track. My husband is being extra supportive to he is giving up on soft drinks to help me out ;) .
Well, I look forward to hearing your success stories and motivation. I will definately be on here often!

HI JEWELZ AND WELCOME
As your already finding it starts to get much better fairly quick. Im finishing day 14 and I can tell you that I felt pretty tired the first 5-6 days, but each day since I am feeling better and better and the portions become perfectly fine and satisfying (at least for me). Try the receipe section. Ive been using them a lot and it really helps to make this plan feel like your not on a diet. I tried the receipe for chicken nuggets tonight with my vegetables and they were DELICIOUS. Keep on keepin on girl!

Most definately! I think i will have to weigh myself on Monday just to be a little motivated! But besides losing the weight, I feel sooo much better already! My friends all went out last night to eat dinner and I sat there with my water, I must admit that it was a tad bit hard when all the good smelling food came out but this morning I just felt SOO PROUD of myself!

{hi} there JEWELZ
I’m very proud of you!!! {goodjob} When you go to a restaurant it helps to go on a full stomach – when you’re not hungry food is not tempting anymore…
Also remember that you can take your fruit to eat with you for desert… and then you can order a nice cup of coffee with sweetener if you like…
Some people will even take their diet meals where ever they go - in this case, I'd recommend something slpashy - like the prawns... that way ýou will reverse the whole situation... everyone will be going ooooooh, look at that, I wish I was on diet!!! LOL :flirt:
Rather than weigh yourself, see how your clothes fit and feel… and wait for a wonderful surprise at the end of your first 4 weeks…
WELL DONE!!! once again and not, please do keep up the good work!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!! {cheerleader}
