I had to eat a purchased salad for lunch due to a lunch meeting. It had pickle in it and I'm pretty sure that's not allowed on the plan. But, I wanted to get an outside opinion from others. :party1:

Thanks, I tried to pick most of it out....but, I always get self-conscious in front of others who aren't aware I'm on the diet! No pickle for me...although it "technically" is cucumber. :-) Just kidding!

Hey Dear Poet,
Do NOT feel self-conscious for being on a diet. You must own this process and be proud of the journey that you are on. I know in the beginning it is difficult, but I hope that you find that the more progress you make the more you realize that what you are doing is admirable to others. I have been on several business dinners and trips and at first I felt weird too, but by now I don't mind at all and usually end up the center of conversation for a while as everyone wants to know all about the diet. If they act weird, it's their problem, but I can guarantee that if you share how much you've lost and what you're doing most everyone will only have respect and admiration for your strength and conviction. You go girl!!!

{hi} there Poetically-Yours & Bronwyn
:clapping3: I agree 100% with BRONWYN :clapping3: most people will admire your determination and hard work for actually doing something about the problem... often times they will even think to themselves, "I want to lose a couple of pounds, I wish I had her courage and determination..."
So please don't let your own thoughts hold you back!!! {cheerleader} JUST DO IT!!!
