{hi} there SMRF
{congrats} on having lost 45 pounds and {congrats} on having completed your Re-feeding Program {goodjob}
Peanut butter = Nuts. See page 26 of your Re-feeding Guide which says: Nuts are high in carb/starch content and need to be counted as part of your once daily starch meal. Never have nuts for breakfast with or without cereals. Nuts are for lunch or supper only.
Avocados = vegetables - though they are higher in fat, they contain good fats so you may enjoy them in moderation.
Salad dressing would fall under Oil/Fat/Butter and Dr Cohen says on page 26: It is a good idea to stay with low-fat products for general health purposes. The best oil for cooking is canola or olive oil.
All beans fall under starch on page 11 of your Re-feeding Guide, so the starch once a day rule applies.
Hope this helps to keep you slim and healthy and well...

I am curious too about the not being able to log onto the diet anymore. How long after you receive refeed can you still ask questions of the consultants????

{hi} there GettingSkinny
Your 12 week program means 7 days x 12 weeks = 84 days of support.
Normally 1 PD allows you a few days in the beginning to get your goodies and they will allow you up to 2 weeks after your program has in fact expired to still log into your Personal Page.
As you can imagine, some Diet Buddies start off needing to lose 10 pounds, others 100 pounds – how long it takes each person to reach their goal will depend on their metabolism, their ability to follow their eating plan 100% and how much weight they need to lose in the first place.
If a someone is done in 4 weeks he / she will still have access to their Personal Page until their program expires… If a client needs more than 12 weeks of support, they simply renew their program by a further 12 weeks.
If you are at the end of your Program and you have reached your goal weight, 1PD will continue to support you during your Re-feeding Program providing you start immediately. :rolling2:

{hi} there CaronB
For many Diet Buddies it can be hard to break old thinking patterns – you are use to eating in certain circumstances because that is what your body is programmed to do… Many of these old patterns are programmed or burned into your nerves and neurons and the good news is that the patterns can be changed, but you need to willfully work at this for a little while…
Think of things to do – things to escape to, different ways to handle situations, different ways to relax, different ways to feel entertained etc. Reading a good book, taking a long luxurious Bubble Bath, going for a walk in nature etc… try to fill the void of old patterns with new better healthier habits…
One lady I know made up a Scrapbook of where she saw herself in the coming months – what clothes she wanted to wear, sports she would do etc etc… Find what works for you and then come and share your success with other Diet Buddies… {wave}
