Hello everyone... as you can see from my ticker:) I've been busy with this incredible diet. Sorry, I've been "offline" for a few weeks, although I have been peeking in from time to time...:innocent4:. I'm excited about what is happening and this diet really works! I'm an RN and my co-workers are wondering what it is exactly that I'm doing. I can surely see a change in my wardrobe. I'm keeping this diet a secret until I'm all done.... My husband is even a little friskier lately... :D
