Hi!

I have been feeling tired for the past 2-3 wks. In the past I took this immune supplement made from whey protein. I had emailed the consultants but have not heard anything from them. Listed below are the active ingredients. Does anyone know if we can take this and substitute it for something else?

Hi peavine,

One of the methods used on this program is seperating the proteins. This is the reason you can have only one source of protein in each meal and a minimum of 5 hours gap between the meals.:nerd:

You should not be taking supplements that contain protein while being on the
program:noway:, unless these have been prescribed by your doctor.

Taking these supplements simply caused a mix of proteins {pot} and slow your progress on the program.

Thanks for the reply. I have taken their advice of increasing my vitamins to twice a day. I have been doing this for a week. I feel a little better and started to lose weight again.

I still have not received word back from the 2nd blood test results. They asked me to take another one as if they never received my second set. It doesn't sound like their records are updated regularly as they should have seen my blood results were in which pertain to the same time period I was feeling bad.

What do you suggest?

Hi peavine

I am happy to hear that you feel a better and that you started to lose weight again.

Blood tests are received from laboratories and from customers by fax to the Inernational fax server where these faxes are saved on file before they are viewed. We have no control over the labs that send the results and it may happen that faxes do not arrive. I know that all results that arrived until December 15, were processed.

Since Dr Cohen and the consultants are away until 1/1, all the results arriving between Dec 16 and Jan 1, will be processed in January.

I suggest that you communicate this matter to your consultant after 1/1.

Wishing you a continuous weight loss and a happy holiday season.

{hi} Peavine

Something else that you could try if you are feeling tired is changing your meals around ie: have a more filling breakfast from Meal 2 or Meal 3 during the day to give you a bit more stamina. You can then choose dinner from meal one and go to be early to get plenty of rest. (Remember the fat burning hormone is secreted at night while you are sleeping Zzzzz)

Rather choose :cow: :chicken: fish or eggs instead of the yogurt or cheese options.

The extra vitamin should continue helping, but, you may want to try swoping meals around for a day or two depending on when you feel you need the most food.

Happy dieting! {tweety}
