How do you change size on your photos?

My pictures are all to large in jpg to upload. I have no idea how to reduce the size. Anybody?

Hi LesKiya

I suggest that you open your photo with any photo editing software you have on your computer (usually, just a click on the file will do that).
Then, look for an option to change the size of the photo and save the edited photo as a .jpg file.
The new file can be loaded.

That was before and below is almost done. I have no idea why the picture below is so huge because my photo editor shows them both the same size! Anyhow, I'll be putting up a after when its truly done! 9 pounds to go now!
