Hi All :)
This is my day #9 and I feel amazing! The first 3 days were difficult, but nothing I couldn't handle. By day 4 I was on top of the world and it's only gotten better. I know the program says to only weight on a monthly basis but after week one I was soooo curious. My clothes were feeling not as tight and I could physically see a change in my stomach area. Also my husband was already commenting by day 5 that my butt was getting smaller So I did it, I got on the scale and to my utter shock and very happy surprise I had dropped 12.5 lbs!!!!!! That's just week one!!! I'm glad I weighed myself, it's given me so much confidence, confirmation, and motivation to continue what I'm doing. I look forward to letting everyone see my progress and also to make friends in this forum.

Amber- Congrats on your 12.5 lbs. It is so exciting to see those pounds come flying off. After reading your other post about your upcoming trip, do you still want to drink and slow down that fantastic progress you have started? Wait until you see what you look like at your 4 week weigh in. I bet you will be in smaller clothes. Keep up the hard work.

AmyLynn thank you :)
I know I really don't want to set myself back any by drinking. I guess I'll see as the date gets closer how I'm feeling. By then I'll have a clearer mind as to how to proceed and what is truly best for my health :party1:

{hi} there The Perfect Weight
Well done on having lost 12.5 pounds!
If you weigh yourself weekly you must know up front that there will be plateaus – times when your weight does not budge on the scale – but always remember, even during these times your body is STILL BURNING FAT.
Remember to ask your consultant for travel tips... {cheerleader} or follow those already on the Forum.
ALL THE BEST!!! {grouphug1} JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE THIS CAN WORK FOR YOU!!!

Bitten: That was after completing 7 days. So I weighed first thing in the A.M. on day 8 (before I had officially started day 8).
Week 2 results: This is now day 15. After completing 14 days, yesterday, I weighed this morning and I've lost another 6lbs and another 6inches. My down a total of 18.5lbs & a total 12inches. I'm feeling great! I can see a difference in the mirror and in my clothes, my belt has moved one hole tighter :)

{hi} there The Perfect Weight
YOU'RE ON A ROLL! :rolling2: All you need to do is keep going!!
Bitten: Always remember that your progress will depend on your personal metabolism and your ability to follow your eating plan 100%. You may not be able to change anything about point 1, but you can always continue to follow your eating plan 100% - this will result in your having the very best results that you possibly can!
I for one am very proud of you!!! {cheerleader}

Hello Everyone
Not sure if I should post a new thread since it's not day 9 anymore. How do the progress threads usually go?
Today is the start of day 22. I weighed this morning for my 3 week progress update. I'm down another 4.5lbs! That puts me at a total of 23lbs lost and 14.5 inches. I feel good and I can definitely feel and see the difference. My clothes fit amazingly!!!
BITTEN The only thing I'm doing is following my plan 100%. The only thing I can think of that I do that others may not is I visualize A LOT! At night & in the morning I visualize my perfect body and then I FEEL it. Your mind is the most powerful thing in the universe. Besides that I just follow the plan, don't deviate or cheat and only talk positive of my diet plan and the foods I get to have. Here's how I usually eat, you'll see it's nothing special.
My breakfasts are usually cream cheese with celery or yogurt with kiwis or hardboiled egg in lettuce wraps or my new favorite I got from the forum here is the zuccini hash browns.
Then my next two meals are some combination of chicken breast, tuna, or steak, with either a mixed veggie salad, steamed calliflower, or some kind of combined veggie mixture (raw or stir fried).
One yummy note: I found on my salads I can make a dressing with oranges & stevia. I save 2/3 slices of an orange and in a plastic bag squeeze them to release all the juice. Then I pour the juice over my salad and sprinkle one stevia packet and then mix it all up. It makes for a delicious alternative dressing for salads.
Also when I'm cooking up any kind of hashbrown/patty combo (tuna w/shredded zuc's, zuc hashbrowns, minced ckn w/shredd zuc's) I'll weigh so I have 15 grams of veggies left and then I make this fun salsa like topping.
7 grams of diced tomatoes, 7 grams of diced cucs, i cap full of white vinegar, 1tsp fat free mayo, seasoned with dill weed - mix all together and serve on top of patties.My progress slowed down this week a little so I think I will start integrating exercise. Nothing extreme, just additional walking and then progress into some cardio & weights:weights2:
I'll keep you posted on how it works out.
Big Hugs to everyone! Thanks again for the support and I know we can all achieve our perfect weight!!!!:applause:{wave}{grouphug1}

{hi} there The Perfect Weight
WELL DONE on your excellent progress!!! {cheerleader} We are very proud of you!!!
Seems that visualizing is REALLY WORKING!!!
If you like, I let me know and I will rename your thread to The Perfect Weight's Progress Report - or anything you choose.
I'm really impressed with your recipe idea's too!! Please share them in the recipe forum threads so that they are here forever under your name. The orange and stevia dressing is an excellent idea for Tasty Tips For Delicious Salads. Your tuna recipe will be really nice to share in the Fish Ideas with the salsa. Please can I ask you to also post the salsa idea under: Condiments & Sauces - your idea sounds really tasty to combine the cucumber with tomato, vinegar and mayo Mmmmm... :hungry:
We look forward to seeing your continued progress...{wave}

thank you so much for sharing all you do, eat and visualize...
i am so thrilled to see someone losing above and beyond the usual...it's great to know that is is possible.
i am going to take a leaf out of your book and begin some visualization.
can you recommend any reading?
i have done a bit of self-hypnosis and may work on that, too.
well done-

Hi
Sasha yes if you could rename my thread to "progress report" I would appreciate it :party1: I will also post my receipe ideas in the other forums.
Bitten you should get a copy of "The Secret". There's a book & a movie for it. I personally like the movie, but if you're more of a reader then go for the book. I also have the movie/book on cd audio. I play it in my car all the time. If you have a none physical mailing address you can email it to me & I'd be more than happy to mail you the audio version :) amber.reese@yahoo.com
Will be posting my recent progress in a couple days:innocent3:

Hi Everyone,
Sorry it has been awhile since I have been logged in. I am so excited I am getting compliments already. I have no idea where my measurements or weight is right now. My 4th week will be on the 21st of May. I am very excited about checking. I can definitely see a difference and my clothes are falling off of me. My co-workers are telling me it is time for new clothes. LOL My mom suggested sweatpants that tighten to hold me over. EITHER WAY. I am loving this diet and I am EXTREMELY motivated.
Everyone seems to be doing a great job. Keep up the good work.:party5:
