Hi, I am on your diet now for 4 weeks but I am using a diet of my friend. I lost 20 pounds which is amazing and I want now to get my own diet. Can I just send in my blood test for the 4 weeks or for the initial blood test?

Hello Unregistered
Unlike other diets, this diet is not a calorie-based diet, but a diet based on thousands of tests with various foods. These tests were conducted to gain a clear understanding of what foods (or food combinations) would "trigger" the correcting of the hormonal imbalance in each person's body with very specific quantities of foods and food ratios based on your own blood test results.
One person's unique eating plan/treatment program will not "trigger" another person's body into correcting its imbalance (because every person's body is different)…it may even cause more imbalance. Also, in some cases of "copying" we have come across people who have initially lost weight, but gained it very rapidly when going off the diet. Once again, because the treatment was not meant for them, their HGH had not been "triggered".
Using someone else’s diet will not yield the same results as if you had your own diet as this is not about just eating less food. Please stop the use of your friend's diet, as we do not think that this will work for you in the long run. In a couple of months, you may sign up for your own program and take it from the beginning. Until then just try to eat healthy.

Why must I wait so long before I can get my own diet?!?

Hello Unregistered
This diet is based on research, observation, and gathering data over the years. One of the conclusions from all these observations has been that people using diets of others did not benefit in the long-run. On this diet you need to eat precisely what the doctor "prescribes" - no more, no less.
Since you reported that you used the diet plan of your friend, we cannot recommend that you sign up at this time for your own diet for the simple reason that we are not sure about the implication if you switch diets. Furthermore, your initial blood test report will actually be a report of someone who is already on the diet and this is not the standard case.
We therefore suggest that you wait a couple of months Then, you can start "fresh" on this diet.

I do not want to stop dieting because I do not want to I gain weight again. What is the minimum time I have to wait before I can get my own program?
What if I just carry on eating diet food for the rest of my life?

Hi Unregistered
We understand that you do not want to stop dieting because you do not want to I gain weight again. However, based on our experience, using your friend's diet will not be helpful for the long-term. There is no set minimum time to wait before you can get start your own program but we suggest that you wait a couple of months during which you are just careful about what you eat.
Customers on this diet stop the diet when they reach their target weight and just use basic guidelines in order to keep the new weight.
