I was telling one of my co workers about this diet. She's a vegetarian. She eats no meat and no fish. Strictly vegetables and tofu. Could she still do this diet? I'm going to ask the Dr's as well but I thought I'd get some input from those vegetarians' who are actually doing the diet.
thanks!

{hi} there :flower: Grlie
Dr Cohen requires that someone MUST EAT AT LEAST 5 PROTEINS out of the list of proteins which are:
Yogurt, Cheese, Egg, Tofu, Fish, Chicken or Meat.
If your friend does not eat at least 5 of these proteins on a regular, she should NOT do the 1st Personal Diet Program.
The problem with vegetarian diets are that the yogurt, cheese and egg are the lightest meals and that Tofu is also not very filling. If they don’t regularly eat Fish, Chicken and Meat, foods which all 'last longer', they will feel HUNGRY and that is not the aim.
Happy Slimming to you! {cheerleader}
