Well my twelve week update is in. I've lost another 8.5 pounds and have renewed for another twelve. I'll be getting another blood test early this week!

My measurement results are in:

Upper Thigh (been checking that too!) loss of 2.9 inches
Calf loss of 1.1 inch
Hips loss of 5.6 inches
Waist loss of 6.9 inches
Chest loss of 6.5 inches
Arm loss of 1.4 inches
Neck (ok so I measured some weird stuff) loss of 1 inch ::eyebrow:

I'm in a size 14 bottoms and medium top (of course thats disappearing faster!) with 21.5 pounds to go before goal. I have a deadline of May 30th for hitting refeed whether I hit goal or not because we cruise to Alaska on July 11th! Man, I hope I'm not too far from goal.

This past week has truly been one of the toughest weeks because I'm starting to be hungry all the time. I haven't cheated at all though because I want to get this over with!!

Wow Wow Wow!! Well Done! Those are some amazing inches lost! I measure my neck too:laughing:
I know you can make your goal weight before your trip. Try some visualization techniques at night. Right before I fall asleep I visualize how I want my body to look and then I go through the FEELINGS of it. I start at my toes and work my way up, feeling the skinny and smooth legs, the flat and toned stomach, etc. It's an amazing process and I get to fall asleep smiling:)

Congrats on making it 12 weeks!!!! You are so close to crossing that finish line!! I too had a tough week 12. I have never been hungry on this diet until this week. I too have not cheated because I want it DONE!!!! I will enjoy crossing that finish line with you in these next 12 weeks.

Hi there Leskiya! WOW!! Good for you!! That is awesome progress and you are doing so very well. Sorry to hear you've been hungry this past week. Could be your body adjusting again. Hopefully it'll pass and you'll be able to keep going without those hunger pains. I have them now and then too but then they seem to go away as quickly as they arrived.

Here are my 12 week #'s: My weight is 131.2 (down a total of 32.4 pounds). I have lost 5.5 inches off my chest, 7 inches off my waist, and 6 inches off my hips. I also measure my stomach (the biggest part) and have lost a total of 7 inches there as well as 3 inches off each thigh and 1.75 inches off each arm. I am pretty much solidly into a size 4 (down from a size 12). I am absolutely THRILLED with my progress and am loving how I look, having fun trying on new clothes, and am actually a little excited to get dressed in the mornings.

I am 11 pounds from my goal weight and only 6 pounds from refeed so have asked the consultants if I can just keep going as I've been doing instead of re-upping. We'll see what they say. I'm in this until the end no matter what.

I noticed a couple of 12 week threads so I'll probably post there too as well as congratulate the other weigh-ins!

{hi} there LesKiya, AmyLynn & Bronwyn

{grouphug1}

{congrats} TO EACH ONE OF YOU!!!

Each on your own road, but walking here together, {pirates}
YOU HAVE ALL DONE VERY, VERY WELL!!! PLEASE KEEP ON GOING!!!

I’m not sure what can be causing the 12 week hunger, but recommend that you avoid the yogurt and cheese options as these are the least filling meals. Perhaps take a second vitamin each day at lunchtime – I believe this will help.

It is a good idea to go for your 12 week blood test without delay so that Dr Cohen can look at your progress and give you feedback…

In the meantime always keep following your winning formula 100%!

I know my renewed program started right at the end of my last one, but I wanted to update my ticker as my own counter since I think I"ll hear back from my blood test tomorrow. Plus I have under 20 pounds to go and that is significant. It sure feels good but not over yet!

I was out shopping yesterday and am down to a size 12 now and I actually bought a new bathing suit. It's a bit small yet but it won't be in 20 pounds (might be too big by then actually.)

Size 12..... omg its been so long! Keep up the good work all of you! ~Leslie

{hi} there Leslie

{congrats} on having lost 35.5 pounds and only having 19.5 pounds to go!!! {cheerleader}

I'm thrilled that you now fit into a size 12 - that is sooooo exciting! I do believe your new cosy it's going to grow too big for you when you reach your goal.

12 weeks is not really that long if you think about it ... it might feel long, but just imagine how great you are going to feel when you are done {wave}

The diet may be difficult, BUT IT'S WORTH IT! I am really looking forward to seeing your after pic's! That day is going to come!!
