Here are my 12 week #'s: My weight is 131.2 (down a total of 32.4 pounds). I have lost 5.5 inches off my chest, 7 inches off my waist, and 6 inches off my hips. I also measure my stomach (the biggest part) and have lost a total of 7 inches there as well as 3 inches off each thigh and 1.75 inches off each arm. I am pretty much solidly into a size 4 (down from a size 12). I am absolutely THRILLED with my progress and am loving how I look, having fun trying on new clothes, and am actually a little excited to get dressed in the mornings.

I am 11 pounds from my goal weight and only 6 pounds from refeed so have asked the consultants if I can just keep going as I've been doing instead of re-upping. We'll see what they say. I'm in this until the end no matter what.

I noticed a couple of 12 week threads so I'll probably post there too as well as congratulate the other weigh-ins!

Hey, there ladies. OOPS! I put down 37" lost in my hips. My 3 year old must have hit the key, becuase I was trying to type with him next to me. Sorry, it's actually 7". I didn't even realize the error until I saw the replies. Thank you to everyone who replied. It feels really great to get such great & motivating thoughts and pats on the back from others who are going through this, too.

Hi everyone,

It is so great to see everyone's progress. Congratulations. Bronwyn, I can't believe you are in a size 2. That is unbelievable!!!

I'm so sorry I have been missing in action for a while. I had a very busy month with work. I traveled four weekends in a row and just celebrated my 30 year high school reunion. I did cheat a bit, but I have to tell you that I drank a margarita or two and felt so bad the next day, that I went right back to being good. So, sometimes I guess it is good to stray and realize we are really eating/dieting to be healthy. The weight loss is a side benefit!

I have so much to say...Today is my 12 weeks. I'm going to try and post my progress chart in here for you. Not working, so here goes. I also have to update my ticker. I lost 43 pounds in 12 weeks, just renewed today and have 10 pounds till the refeed. I think I want to lose more than they suggested. I would like to go to 145 or less instead of 150.

I have lost 5 inches in my bust
I have lost 9 inches in my waist
I have lost 9 inches in my hips
I have lost 4.5 inches in my thighs
I have lost 3 inches in my arms
I started at about size 18-20 and am down to a size 12

I guess the most important stat of all though is my cholesterol. It was 133!!! It has never been below 200, in fact, most often is it in the high 200's. My triglycerides were 94, never been below 200! This is huge for me. I now realize that my entire body both inside and out is much, much healthier.

I'm feeling great and know that I will never be fat again!

I look forward to catching up on all the posts and will write more when I can.

Take care,
Swimmer

AmyLynn and GettingSkinny,

Thanks for the congrats! I just heard back from my consultant and they agreed that my goal can be moved to 145. I'm just thinking that I want to be under 150 and since the weight seems to still be coming off at a reasonable rate, it is probably possible.

Just want to be at a weight where I never have to move that little notch on the scale over when I go into the Doctors office!!! I go to my doctor on May 23rd. She is going to be really surprised.

You guys keep up the great work also. I feel so lucky to be able to talk to everyone through this forum. I really missed it while I was traveling.

Take care and have a great weekend.

Swimmer

Hi Swimmer! I'm so proud of you! You are so very inspiring and I'm so happy for your success. Thanks for sharing. Yes - your doctor is going to be amazed. Keep it up and keep us posted!

Yes - I too am amazed that I'm fitting into a size 2 anything. I am relatively short - not quite 5' 4" - and do have a smaller frame. I don't remember ever wearing a size 2 though so this is pretty fun. You must've had some fun already buying new clothes too!

Hello everyone! Wow! Great results for all...how exciting! My 12 weeks ended yesterday, and I've re-upped to get rid of the last 17 pounds. That will put me at my low goal weight. Can't wait to get there!

I got an entirely inappropriate (but secretly welcomed) comment from a guy in the grocery store the other day, I had to look around to see who he was talking to, and I was the only one in the area, so that was pretty exciting (in a wrong, weird kind of way). I haven't been 'leered' at in a while... (=

Have a great weekend everyone!

Wow....our second round club keeps growing!!! Congrats on such a great loss. Sadly, you won't be in our club very long with only 17 lbs. to go!!!! You will be asking for your refeeding in no time.

Iisrias you are too funny!! It is (sadly) a pretty nice feeling to be leered at again, huh? I've noticed the same thing and it's been a long time since I've gotten that sort of attention. Good for you girl! Glad you're joining our second round club.
